Joe Smart wants to find new premises for his company – Smart & Co. he browses the Smartmove portfolio and finds his Space to Thrive.
Deciding on a 5 year lease for 1000m2 of space at a gross rental of R130, Joe uses 38% of his benefits towards SmartRent, saving him R595 500 on rent. Allocating 50% towards SmartFit, he also gets R785 000 towards making sure his new offices are fitted out according to his company’s needs. The remaining 37% goes towards SmartFix, avoiding escalation costs in his second year. The total value of these benefits saves Joe R1 950 000.
